Stefan Haener brings over 10 years of project management expertise to his role as Program Manager at The Ortiz Group. In this position, he oversees the TECH LMI R&R pilot program and assists with critical company initiatives. 

Throughout his career, Stefan has led impactful projects and developed high-performing teams. At previous companies like Walmart and Restaurant Depot, he spearheaded process improvements, coached team members, and delivered exceptional results for customers. 

Stefan thrives on challenge and change. He looks forward to applying his background in driving project excellence in his new position at The Ortiz Group. 

Outside of work, Stefan treasures family time with his wife and kids. He has a passion for fitness and enjoys staying active through sports and exercise. Stefan continuously seeks new adventures and opportunities for growth.
