Led by a California HVAC professional with real field experience, this workshop covers sales tactics, hands-on installation strategies, and overcoming customer objections using proven approaches from successful heat-pump-only businesses. Participants also receive access to extended technical training opportunities, listing support on Switch Is On, and a $100 stipend per employee attendee (paid to the company) plus lunch provided onsite.
