David Ortiz, founder of the Ortiz Group and a retired Marine Corps Colonel, boasts a 25-year legacy of successfully leading strategic initiatives and interdisciplinary teams to fulfill program objectives. His areas of specialization encompass low-income energy programs, project management, third-party management, and training. 

David's exceptional leadership skills, bolstered by extensive planning and execution experience, have been pivotal to his success. Since the Ortiz Group's inception in 2015, it has flourished into one of California's largest service providers to low-income communities, a testament to David's visionary approach and unyielding commitment. 

David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Adams State College. He went on to earn a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins and another Master of Arts degree in Strategic Studies from the Army War College. 

Away from the professional sphere, David is a family man who relishes quality time with his loved ones. He also finds solace in fishing, maintaining an active lifestyle through regular CrossFit workouts.
