Belinda McMillan Haener, Chief Operating Officer of The Ortiz Group, has over 20 years of experience working in regulatory and compliance roles in municipal government and energy sectors. She has a proven track record of leading complex teams and programs to successful outcomes. She specializes in program and policy development, strategic planning, and team development.   

Belinda joined The Ortiz Group in 2022 as COO and seeks to refine and establish internal corporate processes and procedures and grow the business portfolio. She sincerely believes in the commitment and mission of The Ortiz Group to provide a voice for underserved and underrepresented communities in energy equity.  

Belinda graduated from California State University, Fresno with a B.A. in Pre-Law studies/Law Philosophy. She resides in Fresno, California, with her family. She is a voracious reader, tennis player and sports fanatic.
