Dan Accardo

Program Manager

Dan Accardo is a Program Manager implementing the PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program servicing the needs of California’s low-income customers. 

Dan has managed the design and implementation of complex technology projects. He moved to California to open a new office and expand the territory of network solution engineers. His project and program management skills have been valuable in expanding the implementation of the Energy Savings program into new regions of California. 

He’s been a proven contributor in an entrepreneurial environment, in the establishment of a new organization, and in procedure development.  He has strong leadership abilities and “hands-on” network and unified communication experience.  Dan has demonstrated success leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in multi-facility environments to maximize levels of productivity.  His senior management experience within technical organizations and his ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization make him a valuable member of the Ortiz Group.  Dan has excellent team and client relationship building skills.  

Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology. When Dan is not managing the low-income energy savings program, he helps out at his sons’ scout troop where he is an Assistant Scoutmaster and Eagle Scout Coach. He enjoys helping Boy Scouts learn outdoor skills and advance in rank towards their goal of Eagle Scout while experiencing adventures along the way.
